    ITG is seeking an experienced (3-4 years) individual will be part of the Global Onboarding team which will be responsible for on-boarding, FIX Certification, and technical implementation for new electronic trading clients and brokers.


    The new team-member will be the project manager and FIX Certification engineer for all on-boarding and implementation requests from the ITG sales team.  Good inter-personal skills are necessary and any candidate should have the ability to work with initiative, enthusiasm and a sense of urgency. The successful candidate will also be directly involved in dealing with client requests and customized solutions for electronic trading.


    He/She will be expected to become an expert in ITG Products; FIX, Smart Order Routing (SOR) & Dark-Pool trading. The successful candidate will be required to support both internal and external clients, perform FIX Certifications and manage projects.

    • Responsible for client implementation projects that interface with internal and external
    • partners on FIX connection enablement.
    • Provide input on FIX certification of new features and enhancements to ITG FIX engine.
    • Maintain the UAT environment and be responsible for deployment of product enhancements and upgrades in a live trading environment.
    • Initial point of contact for client and broker on-boarding requests from ITG sales team.
    • Provide high level of service to ITG’s internal trading desks and external clients.
    • Work closely with all ITG Client Services teams; forge strong relationships with both technical & business colleagues.
    • Project Manage all requests through completion.


    • 3 - 4 years working experience in finance industry, preferably equities.
    • Previous experience in client on-boarding & FIX certification desirable
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of FIX protocol and understanding of order-routing & trading life cycle.
    • Previous experiences with support of trading systems.
    • Strong knowledge of UNIX, SQL & Windows
    • Knowledge on Asia equity markets is desirable.
    • Strong client management, project management and interpersonal skills.
    • A self-starter able to work with minimal supervision, ability to pickup and run with tasks.
    • University qualification with Computer Science major.
    • Professional and organized approach, communicate with clients in professional manner.
    • Fluent in spoken and written English
    • Must be reliable, fast learning and have good attention to detail.
