  • OVERVIEW:

    ITG is looking for an eager, motivated Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our team in Toronto.

    WE'LL TRUST YOU TO:

    • Greet visitors to the office
    • Answer and redirect all incoming calls
    • Process and track all incoming and outgoing courier/mail deliveries
    • Maintain office spaces and supplies including reception area and boardrooms, kitchen, fridge (daily stocking), dishwasher (daily unloading & loading), photocopy room (keeping room tidy and copier filled with paper daily), office supplies, business cards, telephone lists, etc.
    • Assist with executives’ expenses as needed
    • Service photocopier, fax machine, postage metre, coffee machine and escalate as necessary
    • Recall Shredding Service liaison and storage of documents and back-up tapes (Iron Mountain)
    • Liaise with the building management
    • Action service requests in ITG’s internal ticketing system
    • Assist with internal and external catering requests as required
    • Assist the finance team with administrative tasks
    • Support special/ad hoc projects as needed (meetings, conferences, town halls, social events, and marketing requests etc.)

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
