    ITG is looking for an attentive, fast-paced Systems Support Analyst to join our Trade Support team.

    • Troubleshoot application issues, determine sources of problems, and identify solutions for internal and external clients
    • Participate in test, document, release, and provide post/pre installation support for custom applications
    • Test and implement new software releases and configurations from internal developers
    • Provide dedicated hotline and face to face support to internal and external clients
    • Create and run ad-hoc custom reports for business analysts and external clients
    • Interact regularly with members of the development team to produce software solutions that address operational needs and requirements
    • Participate in design and implementation of Support Tools and determine methods to optimize the efficiency of systems
    • Perform morning and evening system health checks, representing the team in daily production status call


    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Finance, Accounting or equivalent Market Data Support role with 0 – 3 years’ experience in a Systems Support role
    • Previous experience in financial/trading operations support role under various platforms a plus
    • Proven knowledge of operation and job control under a mixed Windows and UNIX/Linux operations environment
    • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a cross-functional environment including development, networking, operating systems, database, application servers and web serving
    • A team oriented attitude with excellent communication skills (verbal and written), great interpersonal skills, and ability to work in high pressured environments
    • Ability to pay close attention to detail and ability to follow through with open issues until resolved
    • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Perl, Shell, Jscript, Windows batch etc.)
    • Experience with Scheduling Software, Windows Trading Applications, and Help Desk Systems


    • Exposure to different technologies, such as OMS, EMS and order routing system
    • Projects with quick life cycles, from concept to client in three months
