    ITG is looking for an eager, professional FIX Onboarding Coordinator to join our ITG Net team.


    The Onboarding Specialist will coordinate FIX connection enablement with ITG Net’s internal and external customers for electronic trading connectivity.  They will constantly interact with ITG’s external (Brokers, Institutional Buy Side & Hedge Fund clients) and internal (Account Executives, Implementation Consultants) customers.  These customers have a variety of roles all of them relate to using or supporting electronic trading connectivity.  This Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing client requests for electronic trading connectivity between these customers as well as selling services to new Broker clients.  The Onboarding Specialist will be a point of contact for clients to discuss electronic trading functionality of the various ITG software products and routing capabilities. Additionally, they will manage networking requests from clients and will coordinate them with telecom and networking vendors as well as the client themselves.

    • Interact with internal and external partners, including but not limited to brokers, institutional buy side clients, hedge fund clients, accounts executives, implementation consultants and vendors
    • Serve as liaison between Buy-Side, Sell-Side, Software Providers and the firm to discuss electronic trading functionality of ITG software products and routing capabilities
    • Maintain advanced technical understanding and identify technical support activities for electronic trading connectivity products


    • Bachelor’s degree in business or other related discipline
    • Ability to manage multiple parallel projects
    • Demonstrated experience in electronic trading; execution management, trading systems
    • Proven ability to build and grow client relationships both internally and externally
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-starter with ability to produce results aligned with business objectives
