    ITG is looking for a motivated, diligent Accountant to join our Finance team.

    • Apply multiple aspects of ITG’s revenue recognition policies and procedures across multiple departments
    • Reconcile unbilled and deferred revenue accounts and coordinate with billing teams
    • Ability to calculate capitalization and amortization for internal/external software development as well as coordinate the proper timing of amortization by communicating with development management
    • Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) responsibilities including the generation of management reports, analyzing financial trends, and maintaining allocation models
    • Participate in the creation of annual budgets, revenue and expense forecasts, scenario analysis and additional ad-hoc analysis
    • Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns as well as communicating with multiple tax jurisdictions to ensure timely payment
    • Proficient use of technical accounting including using accounting databases, navigating the general ledger, creating month-end journal entries, and preparing balance sheet reconciliations
    • Maintaining prepaid and accrual schedules, and coordinating with teams and accounts payable on processing payments
    • Participate in and assist with ad hoc accounting and finance projects and system improvements/enhancements


    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar field with 1-2 years of direct work experience
    • Heavy focus on detail, accuracy, planning, and organization
    • Strong interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication skills
    • Desire to continuously grow, learn and exercise intellectual curiosity in a team atmosphere
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Experience with Oracle JD Edwards, Hyperion, and/or OneStream a plus
    • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external parties
