ITG is looking for an enthusiastic, driven Product Manager to join our Algorithmic trading team.

  • Establish strong partnerships with the business, operations and cross-functional technology teams
  • Define end to end project plans through a rigorous process of understanding business requirements and project specifications
  • Produce plans with purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, budgets and measures of success
  • Manage projects end to end while also managing business expectations and communicating status clearly and frequently
  • Present to internal and external clients about existing and future products and enhancements
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other internal teams to make marketing documents
  • Prepare and present analysis on client trading behavior
  • Proactively support knowledge sharing within the Business Delivery team and across Technology


  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business, computer science or related discipline with 2-5 years of experience
  • Demonstrated strong leadership with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Expertise in software development process with solid technical background in order to manage the technical aspect of the deliveries
  • Demonstrated ability to work amongst different teams with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time
  • Exceptional teamwork skills including promoting cooperation, supporting working relationships among team members, remaining positive and supportive during change, and building rapport and trust within the technology, operations, and business organization
  • Experience in trading, preferably in the equities
  • Prior experience in working with statistical analysis software experience including SQL, R, Matlab, VBA, and understanding of data models and databases preferred
