    ITG is looking for an enthusiastic, driven Product Manager to join our Algorithms team.

    • Establish strong partnerships with the business, operations and cross-functional technology teams
    • Define end to end project plans through a rigorous process of understanding business requirements and project specifications
    • Produce plans with purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, budgets and measures of success
    • Facilitate resolution and communication of cross-organization decisions, standards and issues
    • Manage projects end to end while also managing business expectations and communicating status clearly and frequently
    • Analyze and explain the risks involved in using or not using technological solutions to solve business or organizational problems
    • Proactively support knowledge sharing within the Business Delivery team and across Technology


    • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business, computer science or related discipline with 5+ years of experience
    • Demonstrated strong leadership with excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
    • Expertise in software development process with solid technical background in order to manage the technical aspect of the deliveries
    • Demonstrated ability to work amongst different teams with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time
    • Exceptional teamwork skills including promoting cooperation, supporting working relationships among team members, remaining positive and supportive during change, and building rapport and trust within the technology, operations, and business organization
    • Experience in financial services industry
