ITG is looking for an experienced, organised Control Analyst with Corporate Actions experience to join our Operations team.

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our trading and financial data, working with teams throughout the firm as well as external vendors to fix and resolve issues as they occur
  • Maintain and operate an exhaustive list of control processes with the aim of identifying transactions which could give rise to financial risk or problems for our clients, particularly (but not exclusively) transactions involving corporate actions
  • Monitor of our cash and equity holdings with multiple agent banks throughout Europe, ensuring they are correct and held where they need to be
  • Keep a close eye on our corporate action related-movements and positions ensuring that each instance is resolved to the satisfaction of clients and in line with internal procedures
  • Maintain an extensive suite of control reporting


  • Educated to degree level
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in a Corporate Actions focused role but a desire to branch out into other aspects of a busy brokerage business
  • An organized and diligent approach, able to deliver consistent, clean and comprehensive work on a daily basis and to spot and fix any issues prior to delivery
  • A curious mindset and an ability to learn and understand new processes quickly
  • Proven ability to work to a deadline and to manage time effectively
  • Either experience or demonstrable ability in - and enthusiasm for - numerical investigations. 
  • Experience in reconciliations systems and/or strong experience in MS Office applications especially Excel and Access
