    ITG is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic administrator in one or more of the Windows, Network or Unix disciplines to join our Technology Support Services team.

    • Assist the ITG Team in the design, deployment and administration of the server and network environments
    • Perform system administration duties including:
      • performance monitoring of systems,
      • asset tracking,
      • documentation of systems and
      • liaising with vendors
    • Assist with data center work including patching, racking, break fix and planning/scoping


    Technical Skills:

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in installation, configuration and hands-on administration of an enterprise grade environment employing one or more of:
      • MS server environment (MCSE level qualifications are preferred)
      • Red Hat Linux
      • Cisco Catalyst/Nexus networking
    • Minimun of 2 years hands-on experience with one of more of:
      • HP Proliant and Blade technologies
      • Cisco Routers and Switches
    • Experience in Data Center operations
    • Any of the following skills would be a distinct advantage:

      • SCOM/SCCM/Solarwinds
      • VMware
      • Ansible
      • Citrix
      • F5
      • NetApp
      • Solaris 

    Personal Attributes:

    • A keen interest in computers and I.T. in general
    • A proactive approach is necessary to prevent problems occurring and to identify areas for improvement of systems
    • Problem solving ability is a key skill for supporting sophisticated network users
    • Verbal communications skills are critical for liaising with all staff throughout the company, and providing friendly and efficient support
    • Written communication skills are important for documenting systems and project work
    • Attention to detail is important for monitoring I.T. systems
    • An enthusiasm and ability to work within an international team
