    ITG is looking for a self motivated, energetic, analytical, client facing, goal orientated individual to join our Global Commission Management team, help build out and manage a new function to address the changing landscape of research payments post MiFID II.

    • Help define and agree the strategy for servicing client requirements
    • Implement the procedures, processes and work programs to ensure client service level expectations are met
    • Assume responsibility for key operational functions
    • Develop relationships with clients, their brokers and research vendors to provide a high service level
    • Liaise with functions, including those in other affiliate ITG offices, in relation to global client set ups, accuracy of trade data, and timely processing
    • Manage the set up of new clients on our Commission Manager platform, ensuring accurate access security, commission rates, portfolio splits, executing brokers file formats and reconciliation timelines
    • Manage the setup of research vendors
    • Perform trade reconciliations with clients and their brokers in a timely manner ensuring our Commission Manager platform and Client bank accounts are always aligned
    • Manage the booking and payment of research vendor invoices
    • Perform periodic cash transfers


    • Graduate with strong academic background
    • Operational, Finance or Financial services experience helpful but not a pre-requisite
    • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience of managing a diverse workload in a fast paced environment
    • Excellent analytical skills with concern for accuracy, detail and right first time mindset
    • Experience working with and manipulating large volumes of data, preferably using advanced Excel
    • Highly motivated individual with strong sense of initiative
    • Flair for creativity, innovation and passion
